🔁 ফেরত ও রিফান্ড নীতি (বাংলা)

আমরা আপনার সন্তুষ্টিকেই সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই।
FayMart থেকে কেনা পণ্যে যদি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো ভুল বা ত্রুটি হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আপনি পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

✅ রিটার্নের শর্তাবলি:

পণ্যটি FayMart-এর পক্ষ থেকে ভুল পাঠানো, ভাঙা, অথবা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।
রিটার্ন করতে হলে অবশ্যই সমস্যা প্রমাণস্বরূপ ছবি বা ভিডিও দিতে হবে।
পণ্য ফেরতের সময় এটি অবশ্যই অপরিবর্তিত, অপ্রযুক্ত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।
৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে। ৩ দিনের পরে কোনো অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

💰 রিফান্ড:

পণ্যটি যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
রিফান্ড হতে ৭ কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ব্যাঙ্ক একাউন্টে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

🔁 Refund & Return Policy (English)

Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If there is any issue caused by us with the product you received from FayMart, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions:

Return is only applicable if the product is defective, broken, or incorrect due to our mistake.
Clear proof (photo or video) of the issue must be submitted.
The product must be unused, intact, and returned with original packaging.
Return request must be made within 3 days. After that, no return will be accepted.

💰 Refund Process:

Once the product is verified, the refund process will begin.
It may take up to 7 business days to complete the refund.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via mobile banking or bank transfer.
